InfraPlan was engaged by the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure to review the functionality and design for the National and State funded Darlington Upgrade Project, where South Road meets the Southern Expressway (project value $620 million). Traffic, pedestrian and cycling movement, social and visual impacts and future demand modelling were all reviewed as part of this project, which culminated in a multi-criteria analysis and expert review panel lead by InfraPlan to select the optimal design.
